UEFA: City have exited FFP settlement regime

    I've always thought there is some guy or gal stuck in a small office just off Whitehall, with underground access to HMT, dreaming up the next spiffing tax wheeze with which to screw 'the British people'! I think Uefa employ a similar person, but we and PSG are the only clubs they seem to consider for the 'red hot poker' treatment!

    Great news but with exiting the FFP settlement regime but they will always fine us large amounts for petty offences.
