I'm looking for a swap rather than to buy a ticket

I am going with my brother but our seats are separate - Family Stand Level 1 Aisle D and Aisle 2 - both end of aisle adult tickets.

Would love a swap of one or the other to sit closer together, or a swap of both to get seats together elsewhere in the stadium.
