Only PSG have spent more money than them in the last 5 transfer windows. I think it's a disgrace that they are trying to buy 7th place. They are ruining football

That's quite amazing when you consider how shit Untied are and how many positions they still need quality players in

It will become even more amazing too. We are done with incomings, but will sell Nastasic, Richards, Sinclair and Guidetti. So our net spend will drop by about £20m or so. Whereas the rags will panic buy and get closer to PSG. They're doing it the United way.

Aw bless all this went away when they won the league two seasons ago and they thought they were all a-ok - last season sort of stunned them into silence and now after one defeat they are off again

GDM's excellent post highlighted how they ruled the financial roost a while back so then the numerous duffers GPC bought were ignored in the media who went along with the Ushited Way bollox - they have bought and continue to buy overpriced shite at times - its just now others have similar financIal muscle

You sure that's right? Just added up our net from the past 5 windows (including this season) on Transfermarkt and it comes to £296m. Last season we were in the green was the season we sold Shauny to Chelski.
