Uwe's doing a great job but it's not exactly on a shoestring, Fleetwood now have some of the best training facilities outside the Prem and throughout their rise through the pyramid have been one of the best paying clubs in their division.Working wonders is Uwe atm, 18 matches unbeaten and 2nd in the league all on a shoestring.
