Valparaiso/ Viña Del Mar bar for Watford game?

Bit of a long shot but does anyone know good sports bar to watch Watford game in Valparaiso or Viña Del Mar in Chile? I can see Spurs is the main game on ESPN in Chile so am looking to increase my chances of finding a bar with the right channel for the City game which might be a pay channel by the look of it. Connections make Internet a bit of a risk

So for the record to save anyone the two hours of walking around I just did, Bar Tercer Tiempo on 7 Norte has Direct TV Sports Chile (which is hard to find and showing Blues today) in addition to ESPN and Fox Sports. Found it for the second half at least!
