Redknapp confirmed it was a hissy fit and said he's going to talk to Van der Vaart about it.

Ha ha, oops!!

He did against Milan too. He didin't seem to care if they were to go trough. But they did.

Spuds are just a club that he had to go for playing time. He had no other choices.

I dont think he is enjoying playing for Spuds as much as people think.

Going from one of the best clubs in the world..to spuds.

Sounds familiar.

If a City player did it they would slate the club for most of the program, but when a Tottenham player does it for the second time in a row it's okay...

Just shows how much the media are out to get us.

Your dead right it had nothing whatsoever to do with injury or treatment.
Nice try though.
It's great to start the day off having a good giggle.
Thanks for that Lovecity.

MOTD seems to have an agenda nowadays;
1.Treat all decisions against the Sky4 as though they are travesties of justice.
2. Mention how much money City have as much as possible and enlarge any problems within the team.
3. Belittle decisions againt the bottom clubs and treat them as a joke, even though relegation would cripple them financially.
4. Suck up to good 'ol 'arry and Spurson a regular basis.

Where are their bollocks re the Baconface non-interviews every week?
The show is full of dinosaurs and needs a complete revamp, let's face it how many of their current viewers can remember Lineker, Hansen or Lawrenson playing a game (late '80's early 90's?).

Good post. I've said for at least 2 seasons that MOTD needs a complete overhaul. Lineker and his buddies need sacking and a new team brought in. They are out of touch, and totally in bed with the Sky4.

Where are your easy fixtures now? Wasn't it you who said that you will play against all the bottom teams? 2 bottom 5 teams and 2 points. Haha....

Can't wait to see you drop points at wigan.

Not so sure about the top 4 finish after all?....haha

Even your manager is not making excuses for him saying he was disappointed at how VDV reacted at being substituted, try harder.

Walked straight down the tunnel after being subbed. Did the same in their last game too. Do MOTD show it, does it get mentioned? Oh no, of course not, because it's precious Spurs. Balotelli does the same and he's killed in the media.

The purpose of MotD is decided by the layabouts fronting the show. It's not for the purposes of the licence payers. It adopts the same sense of purpose as Westminster does. The Houses of Parliament are not for the people, they are for the fuckers inside!

And it's all gone quiet.

Very amusing.
