Can't argue with any of that, I just renewed with BT on Monday, got a letter today to inform me of price increases. Seriously tempted to bin them off straight away but I've also moved my mobile to them from Orange, don't know if I can be arsed boxing up and returning the mobile (at my own expence) and moving my number elsewhere, trouble is they rely on the fact I'll do fuck all and just bite the bullet, twats.

I'm sick of trying to fathom out the best deals, it's all so fucking confusing and they know it.

Out of interest what is your broadband speed and how much a month do you pay ?
 
I'm on Virgin. £37.50 pm for 100mb. I know it's not the cheapest, but we run my tv, desktop and girlfriend laptop flawlessly.
Plus other gizmo's that don't need advertising ;-)

You may be in a contract,but if you're not getting what you are paying for,you hav rights. Then threaten them that you will stop the payment and gladly go to court.I then tell them they wouldn't have a leg to stand on,as they are not providing as in the agreement.Always works for me !
 
Just signed up to virgin after having lots of unresolved issues with BT over the past 12 months I was with them. Used to pay £25 a month for the recording freeview box and BT sport, internet and weekend phones which did us fine. Last bill came in at £37 and no reason for it. We are getting broadband speeds of less than 1mb and constant disconnections. All they tell me to do is reset the router and it's even worse.

So fucked them off tonight for virgin. £55 a month, £110 cash back, all channels plus BT sports in HD and sky movies, 200mb fibre and weekend phone calls. Was tempted at skysports for the extra £20 but didn't bother. Keeps the mrs quiet with all the shit she can watch, while I watch the porn with my super fast internet

Fuck you BT

Oh if you're on BT check your out emails today. Prices have gone up so you can cancel without any charges, only got 30 days to do it though
 
I switched to Vodafone 2 months ago went for the unlimited 76gb at £28 getting 70gb on cable and about 35gb wireless although had to change the bands on router to get the wifi speeds as on auto was only getting around 15gb
 
BT is very good for PC gaming.

Virgin is ok but it gets throttled during peak hours. They say they don't do it but they do. Still.

Sky was dog shite for gaming.

Not tried any of the others.
