Many Blues were calling for Neil Warnock when we were in free fall under Neal, Coppell, Clark etc. Whilst Royle did what was required of him, Warnock would have been a good option. You’d want him on your side in a battle.

He’s done very well at Cardiff. Chances are they’re in the Premier League next season. Always thought QPR were too quick to fire him.

I don't have the same hatred for him. I'd quite like to see Cardiff back in the Prem - I'd have them over Fulham, but it appears to me that Fulham have the impetus right now.

He used to have a weekly diary column in The Independent, and came over a a reasonable family bloke. I enjoyed reading it. He gets excited in the heat of the moment , where football is concerned, like most of us. I think there is room for all sorts of Managers in the game and I think he has done very well with the resources available to him.
