I sincerely hope that Hughes does indeed chose non-Premier League players over the ridiculously inflated prices that were quoted for RSC, Parker and Bellamy.
If we throw 18-20m at Blackburn I guarantee they will use it to get 3 players in that are all better than RSC.
Here is to hoping that Hughes gets players from other leagues!
