what are you eating?

left over sausages in a Tomato gravy, cooked beets, fried spuds and some butter beans and ham that's been cooking away for hours
 
I've been dieting since January and part of that is no eating after 6pm. I've dropped 4 and a half stone (22+) to(17.50) since then. Do I feel better, not sure.

Still like a drink or three (malt whisky now instead of pints!!!

Absolutely no cheese toasties!!!
I'm hoping the crisps and the 325ml glass of Tempranillo Ive just taken upstairs will stifle the urge.
