Boca v River seems to be the consensus, and I'd be inclined to agree.

Al Ahly v Zamalek in Egypt gets a nod. By all accounts, it is pretty intense with several deaths over the years.

Went to Madrid last year for the last derby at Atletico's ground. Walked into the ticket office on the day of the match and bought 2 tickets....

I went to university in Claytown from 99-03, and during a part of that time, both Vale and Crewe were in a higher division than Joke City.
