Did not happen. Already into the "move along now, nothing to see here" category. Just one or two over enthusiastic scallies having a bit of light hearted fun.

A possible sanction could be a behind closed doors home game.....

If they didn't defer the decision until the end of the season (why, by the way?) then that would have applied at the semis stage. That would have been a big punishment and deterred action by other sets of fans.

    But, this is UEFA so....

They should be made to wear Everton shirts for a year at least.

It is almost a waste of time now, typical of the bungling buffoons who run the game. What SHOULD have happened is they should have had the bollocks to call the game off on the night. Why? Well in spite of advance warning this was going to happen and concerns raised by our club it still went ahead and happened. This was in spite of LFC and the police saying they had it under control and everything would go off peacefully. Instead our team had to drive through a baying out of control mob setting off illegal flares and smoke bombs and bombarding our coach with anything they could lay their hands on. All the while the police did nothing to prevent it and as far as I know have not made one arrest.

Gutless, biased, corrupt inept that is UEFA.

Obvious that they are deferring punishment until after the competition finshes, as to not affect interest in their product from punters and potential sponsors at the most vital (sellable) stages. Which tells you everything about UEFA that you should need to know. Money in hand first, then they'll think about the actual football and supporters.

A punishment should be imposed at the earliest opportunity to send a message to other clubs and fans that that behaviour will not be tolerated.
Nothing will happen to them, they were just cheeky scousers having a laugh. Anyone else would have been made to play their next home game behind closed doors. Disgusting by the most corrupt organisation outside Africa.

They should be thrown out. How many times can their fans get away with this shite.
