Why do I keep getting "Shockwavee Flash ?"

Why does this keep flashing up in yellow on my screen "Shockwave Flash has Crashed. Reload".
Its only happening on here,Blue Moon and this is now the 7th time in less than 10 minutes.
Please in laymans terms if anyone can help.

That was unrelated, and was just a result of the amount of traffic online last night.

Flash is notoriously buggy, which is why all the major browsers are killing off support for it. In the meantime, there are a few things you can do to stop it happening:

Chrome:
