The difference in size physicality was plain to see as well as the difference in skill level in some of their players.

You can see why Lucy fits in well at Lyon.

Good result ladies. The English WSL wage cap means we can't really compete with Lyon and other clubs from the continent. Done really well to make the semis tbh and still be in with a shout. Will need a superhuman effort to beat them over there. Last years result was based on us having a better side than we have this year and a bit of luck, we can hope though!

Thought that in the first game but they were wasteful and hope always springs eternal at 16/1to win in 90 mins the bookies don't fancy us either.
