stunned, dazed and still can't quite believe it!!
Noticed more and more players are turning out in games with either of these on their wrists, was mentioned in the PED thread by someone that wrist injuries can be caused by doping or similar.

Surely the FA should be looking into this, Vardy, Simpson, Valencia and plenty of others spring to mind who's game has had rapid improvements in recent time.
 
Interesting theory. One day I think something will come out about that Leicester team.
 
Nowt new, Peter Withe was wearing them in the early 80's.

I think the pace of our game can cause injuries when falling when tackled, instinctively the hands go out, and the wrists take some punishment
 
I think some players wear bracelets and tape over them so they don't have to take them off. Robinho was often pictured wearing one with a Brazilian flag on it and Suarez wore a thin string one. Just my 2 cents.
