Yaya Toure announces retirement from international football

One of the greatest players in the history of our club.
He almost single handedly carried us to our first Premiership title.
Without him we would have never put that winning run together to hunt the rags
down game by game. In particular the Newcastle away match will always live in the memory.
His contribution to our success should never be under estimated in any way.
A tragedy he had a total idiot of an agent who has ensured his time with us
will be remembered for all of the wrong reasons.

Good post yaya is without question a brilliant footballer and did a lot of good for the club. On the other hand he and his agent are wankers of the highest order and have been hell bent on leaving under a black cloud demanding respect which he already had

He was an important player - no doubt about that - But I think Kun, Silva Vinnie Zabba Nasri & indeed Hart had a rather large say in things. They did the work to allow Yaya to score the goals & take the glory!!!

Plus Barry, Clichy, Mario, AJ, Dzeko...

We live in an age where people are judged as much by what they bring to a party as who they bring. For example, Can anyone even name merlins agent?. It's time these parasites were treated, and as much as Yaya brought to the party at the start of the night him and his associates are looking increasingly like that loud lairy drunk we've all bundled into a taxi at 3am

Looks like the gravy train is coming to and end for Seluk without club or international football for 6 months , this will mean his client will be less appealing to any future employer , Yaya will be the size of a barn door (and probably won't be able to hit one) by next summer , you reap what you sow Seluk you f*cking grease ball.

I think Mario's contribution was getting banned and allowing the team to fully concentrate and go on that unbeaten run which took us to the title.
Apart from the goal at the swamp he contributed little else to the cause.
3-3 vs Sunderland off the top of my head, but he scored plenty of important goals in the first half of the season while Tevez was off playing golf.
