In the real world he'd have been sacked

What for?
For being instrumental in helping his employer become the most successful football club in Britain?
For having the audacity to consider his career options?
For committing his future to the club?
Do folk like you even attempt thinking before they compose and submit drivel like this?

hart
zab
vinny
mangala
kola
Fernando
fernandihno
yaya
silva
jovetic or nasri
Sergio

is this our best big game/European line up?

i like it. Also affords plenty of options to rest key players like Yaya, Silva and Vinny without significantly weakening the team.

it seems a good point at which to lock this thread. yaya has seen the light so we should all move on.
if you feel the thread should remain open please pm me and i'll reopen it.

to finish though I feel I should quote the post of the thread. its typical of city fans.

Now......we have always had a good sense of humour so how about singing to Ya Ya in the first game,''If we knew you were staying we'd have baked a cake, baked a cake!'' to the tune of the song that was used in that advertisement a few years ago?

brilliant Paul.

quick edit. by all means start a new thread about the future roll yaya can play for us.
