So we don't name him in the CL squad. In PL rules he comes under the U21 rule so doesn't need registering.

It's good practise to sign young promising players for peanuts. Even if he just acts as a squad player for a few years you get a squad player and a profit at the end of it.

You can't have too many good young players.

I don't want someone who's happy to come and not be in the CL squad, especially when they apparently can go to Dortmund and play in it as well. It's unambitious, the wrong mentality entirely.

You can have too many good young players when you buy in more imported talent when you don't even give the ones in your own academy a proper go.

How much playing time will he get? He's Ukrainian, correct?
No idea again, but he's considered to be one of the most talented midfielders in Eastern Europe. Again, coaches can easily choose to play more experiences players, especially at such tournament. They have Yarmolenko and Konoplyanka in the end.
