Mr Mark Clattenburg.

Last time he reffed us v Bolton was I believe the red card for Bellamy being fouled just because he didn't like him.

well we'll either win 6-1 or get screwed over, so there we go, Carling Cup final ref and all, despite not being allowed to ref Everton games due to the blatant cheating he put in in a Merseyside derby a couple of years ago.

This is on paper an ideal match to get controversial referees out of the way again as we are so strong in this sort of match. I wish Walton could have been given us vs. Blackburn instead of Everton away as even HE (with his flawless post-takeover record of denying us even one win) couldn't have conned us out a win on Saturday. See: Atwell when we beat Wolves 3-1, gave them EVERYTHING and sent off one of ours but we still won because we're so good at home.

I agree with you on Atwell, the man has an obvious agenda against us, however with Walton he is just a poor ref, gives neither team the correct decision, and I'd rather have Gary Neville ref us than Walton

clattenburg didn't referee an everton game for over 4 years following his disgraceful (& totally bent) performance in the merseyside derby in october 2007. however, it seems he's now been rehabilitated & he reffed the villa v everton game in january.

The last five, yes five, games Clattenbhrg has done for us he has been good. Before that he was a disgrace not only for us though.

Not sure about that but yes we should win, we need to put our chances away so he can't affect us, believe me he WILL try.

There is absolutely no agenda from Clattenburg he's actually improved as a ref recently. As an aside I dont care who refs us for the rest of the season if were good enough we'll win it if were not we wont!

so you agree with his assessment in the Chelsea game that Silva fell over thin air?
