Every match is unpredictable. A simple accidental hand ball + red card in that match can easily ruin it.

Newcastle will be tough but remember how we've played away at the top end of the table. Rags - 6.1. Arsenal - beat em in CC but outplayed by them in the prem. Spuds - 5.1. Chelsea - lost in prem but stuffed em for first 30 mins and should have had a pen to seal it before game drifted from us. Liverpool - we outplayed them in prem and CC. So we've only been outplayed once in seven so not too bad - keep the faith.

Agreed, not scared though, they have dropped some easy points at home. All to play for.

Hi folks. Newcastle fan here. I've been browsing through your forum to seek your views on your game with us. Firstly, it's very refreshing to see that you are taking us seriously. Honestly, plenty of mags have written this game off, but I've been eager to show people that some Man City fans are just as worried about us as we are about you guys. Based on current form, it could be a very even match-up, especially with us having the home advantage. Very excited and also crapping my pants at the same time.



I'm not so sure if that's right. We're 4th place for a reason, and whilst you are a better side, in our current form I don't think "miles better" is very fair.

Krul and Hart are two of the best keepers in the league.

Our best defender Coloccini has been named in the team of the season alongside your own Kompany.

Tiote is one of the best DM's in the league and Cabaye has really really done remarkably well. Bet Wenger is banging his head against a wall that he didn't sign him for the price we got him at.

Then there's the front three of Ben Arfa, Cisse and Ba. Ba's bagged 16 goals, Cisse has 11 in 10 and Ben Arfa is just a little maestro who is racking up the goals and assists since he became a starter again a few months ago.

My point is, if you remove the big star names, remove the massive fees and look at both XI's on the current form they're in, we have players capable of being almost as threatening as you guys on our day. 13 goals in our last 6 games and only conceding a single goal with 5 clean sheets I'm sure is a run of form which many of you wouldn't turn your noses up at.

Of course you have a better first, but "miles better" to the point where you expect to "destroy" us may be a tad naive.
