united are a good team. Monday is a big game. Football is strange.

Taking the pressure of his players and playing on Rag ego.

Seen him described as charming in the media, but his media briefings are very weak. Likewise Ferguson who is barely intelligible

You wonder how these managers communicate with their players. Perhaps it's more important to get the right team of people around you and the right players, and we make too much of the manager's personality and role.

Very clever by bobby, taking the pressure off the players and also pumping up the Swansea and Sunderland players by saying they are "easy games," which is gonna give them the incentive to go out and prove something when they play Ushited!

Personally, I think he's playing it pretty well!

You never saw Dalglish when he first managed the dippers?

Obviously don't have player/managers where you're from?

I thought he seemed a little tense at the start of that interview which is fair enough given the circumstances.
Has anyone heard of utd having fall outs behind the scenes? Roberto has been mentioning their team spirit for the last few weeks, I wonder if he knows something and sees a chink in the armour there somewhere.

Away from the cameras, I bet its an entirely different story. It's hard to say anything infront of the res as they twist and turn every word. "Mind games" is great example of what the press try to do with the smallest inkling ofa half story and the press pounce and elaborate till the cows come home.
