The majority on here know that Fergie trains the United players to dive, cheat and steal any advantage!

It is no surprise that United lead the table for most penalties (11) approx one every 3 games, this is much higher than in recent years!

Players like Young, Rooney, Nani and Wellbeck are amongst the biggest cheats in the league when it comes to making the ref think they have been taken down by kicking the defender and upending themselves.

Then we have the thugs that kick out at every opportunity, we say it's OK Scholes can't tackle - bullshit!

Keep an eye out for late tackles on Silva and Aguero from the usual suspects

United have only had 17 yellows this season, this is ridiculous, also Rooney has yet to be booked all season!! Unbelievable Jeff

Let's hope we get a strong referee or we will be cheated out of this!

Andre Marriner will have to be strong to avoid being conned by these serial cheats, remember the world is watching!

The boys in Blue never give in!
let's hope the boys in black are up to this

Marriner booked two from each side in last season's 2-1 loss to them and I don't remember any seriously corrupt decisions so we can only hope he has a strong performance. United have a frighteningly positive record with him as ref though, won 14, drawn 1, lost 0 if I remember right.

Well records are meant to be broken!

lets change it to W 14 D 1 L 1

add the numbers 1+4+1 v L1
coincidence I think not

We have to get on their players backs from the off and when they try to pull any stunts we need to be giving it them, and the referee, for all we're worth.

Ensure the ref knows we won't stand for it and then we can at least have a chance of a fair game.

Have to remain disciplined,we all saw how they reacted in the derby game and influenced Foy in sending big Vinny off.

Doesn't always work though, people were close to jumping the rails against Wolves earlier this season when Stuart Atwell had probably the most blatantly corrupt refereeing performance I've ever seen and just went on and on giving Wolves everything. Good job we were so great then as we still won 3-1 but it was a disgraceful performance by Atwell and no amount of booing and outrage made him change.

Undoubtedly they will be persistently fouling all over the pitch to try and break up our rhythm. Hope the ref is strong and doesn't give them a load of freebies before booking one of our players for their first foul. That's how it has gone too often this season.

Agree the fans have to be loud and let the ref know when they are cheating, booing and calling for every challenge!
This has to be the loudest we have ever been to ensure United don't cheat the ref staff again!

You're right, it may not change anything in the ref's mind but it will make me feel better.

Also, the more we give it the more it will up our players. That could be something in itself.

I remember the game when Wooney scored and we lost 1-0 at the end of the season at home.
They simply took it in turns to kick lumps out of SWP, all collecting a booking for their efforts. Eventually the Lady Boy was sent off after his booking and then I think mouthing off at the ref.

Dirty bastards.
