Was expecting them to knock the price down this year as £2,500 last season was WAY beyond what I could afford, and I don't think those who did take it got their moneys worth? but the club have put the price up!!!!! It's great to be offered superbia again but i really don't see any benefit in taking it. Yes you get an extra 2000 points but i really don't need the points so for me, I won't even be considering superbia membership until they have a massive rethink!!

City HAVE to get money into the club , which is why i'm only surprised that anybodys seasoncard , of any type , has gone down .... and many on here reckon theirs has.

Completely understand that mate, but they know that the cost tickets for every game, home, away, Europe and friendlies for the season will not reach near 2,650 quid!! So why try and flog it as rewarding the most loyal fans with a membership we deserve!! When really anyone taking superbia is getting ripped off!! The majority who have been offered superbia arnt rich!! They just spend every spare penny they have following the mighty blues!! Reward us for that.

It could get to £2650 if we reached say the FA Cup final and Champs league semi/final but last season was a few hundred quid off (but if you chucked in an FA cup semi and final (£160) and a champs league semi home/away (£100) and final (£200+) it could easily reach that amount.

Saying that I've not done it again this season for the very reason that you could easily be out of pocket.

Tbf you are right mate taking into account the ridiculous prices for finals/semis, But I still think the club are asking a bit much of us!!

not really one for posting, but just to point out the 2000 points given in advance for superbia, are soon eaten away by platinum,380 s/c 50 on line programme, 600 cup schemes and then 40 points an away game friendlies cup games, to cut it short if you attended every game last year platinum approx 2850 not bad

We'd have to play 59 games (not counting friendlies or whatever) for it to average out to £45 a match. With 38 league games, 6 Champions league group games, and one league cup and FA cup match, it comes to 46 games. That means we'd need to play another 13 cup matches, which would require going a really long way in at least two competitions. I don't see it being worth it to be honest. Not a choice I can make as I don't have anything near enough points to be invited, but I wouldn't take it myself.

(To be fair semis and finals cost a lot more so that puts my numbers out a bit, but still think it's probably not worth it.
