I was supposed to be on a waiting list.

Wouldn't let me upgrade to Gold/Platinum on website.

By the time I got through on the phone, all ST's had gone.

Me and my mate have got seats in 308. First time I've had a season ticket since I moved away from Manchester in 2004. Proper excited.

Nice one, it's pretty good up on the third tier, view is great and there is plenty of people who get the singing going along 307,308 and 309! Not quite the same atmosphere as the South Stand and corner of East Stand Level 1 but still decent!

Hopefully somebody can help me out with this question.

My mate was a season ticket holder for years but in recent years he had to get an access card because he lost his job, He didn't renew last season (He was in Australia for a year working), He rang up to get a Blue Card and was told to ring back on the 25th because he didn't renew last season.

So when he gets his Blue Card on the 25th June, Will he still have all his loyalty points or will they be wiped off?

Thanks in advance.

I had 2 windows open, 1 in IE and 1 in Chrome so I could guarantee that the missus and I had seats next to each other. We used the same card. Hers went through no problem and I got the confirmation page, mine came up with a 'Payment Processing Error' and told me to contact CS. I'm in the queue to them right now.

Now we both have the same details in the membership area. We both got the loyalty points, both listed as on the cup schemes we chose, both have our seats listed in the order history. My bank has 2 lots of payments coming out for the price of the season ticket. But on the membership home page, both of us are listed as having no membership for this year, and no extras are listed. Where the renew button used to be is a message to call CS and the phone number for them.

Now the fact that her upgrade had no issue going through, yet she's still listed as having no membership on the main page seems to me like the DB/Server is just cocking up. It is ONLY that page that is suggesting we haven't upgraded.

I'll update after CS answer in about 4 hours ;)

Infact, they just answered and said both have gone through fine. I'd check yours personally, but it does look like the system is just fucking up when trying to display the right details

Yep sounds like the website is not completely in sync with the 12/13 membership details. I did eventually get through on the phone and the guy confirmed my purchase - CB 329 row C, thank god!! Mind you I'll only be happy once i've got that nice shiny platinum card in my sweaty mitt!!!

very slim pickings indeed , by the time i had faffed about looking at available seats very little was left , i got mine online , but half the seat i kept trying to click kept going as i clicked them, at 1110 when the seats came online the odd seats in row c d g were available , had to settle for row n , looks like the bad decision was to only go for blue membership last year
