Mine too. A bit of a struggle but Steve Kinsey got one near the end. Not great football but the Kippax, as always, was anazing and even better for the final game of the season against Charlton.

if im honest i dont remember a lot about the game, just the fact that the whole experience was amazing

City v Cardiff City January 81 or 82 in the FA cup. As a fourteen year old Cardiff fan. MCFC were top of div1 at the time. It was the first away game I'd been to outside Wales. I remember thinking this place is huge compared to Ninian. Man City have been my "second" club since. I went to Maine rd many times after that as I had five City fans in my platoon when I was in the army and I'd go with them.
I'll be back again next season for a few games.

City v Bradford maine rd 1988 we won 4-0 with two goals each from Ian brightwell and Paul moulden, yet I came away with David White as my new hero for being so fast and exciting.

I think my first game might have been a testimonial at old trafford which City won, I can't be arsed checking who it was for or when it was but it was pre season, City won and it was around 87/88 ish.

1984 City 3-0 against Grimsby. Typically we lost the return game 4-1. Those two game should have told me what to expect over the next 28 years.
