Not just these three, far far too many to mention. I found the last game at Maine road too much to take.

Did't even notice the Newcastle fans that day but the noise from the Kippax when he came on was amazing. The kippax made Main road just the size alone. When the kippax was knocked down Main road was never the same.

One of them games was the year they won the league and was a bit like that Villa away game that time when some people were hoping we'd get beat because it was them and United going for the league.

Looking back on that Leeds team and the fact they won the league shows how much the standard has improved since then.

Reckon they'd be relegation material these days with that squad.

The Newcastle game really was one of the best ever at Maine Road. I didnt notice the Newcastle fans either. The noise from the rest of the ground was incredible.

Me too, could only match to take my seat which I'd been unscrewing for weeks before

The atmosphere in the Kippax was fantastic. The view, for anyone under six feet tall, was shit.

I'm 34 & always had my season tickets in the Kippax but I hold no emotion to the place since we left. I'm gad we moved as Maine Rd was a dump of a place, we never won anything in my lifetime there. Granted the Etihad doesn't feel like home but I partly blame us the fans for that. If we created more of an atmosphere it could be home. I understand a certain generation holding a certain amount of emotion, they witnessed the likes of Bell, Lee & Summerbee, they have seen us lift trophies etc.
