Well two must be never "coast" in the last five minutes if we are 3-0 up, play to the final whistle, as EVERY goal counts for GD, and never give away sloppy last minute goals...

Also NEVER "understimate" Everton......:-)

Eh? We lost two (admittedly silly) points against Sunderland but I'm not sure what more you can honestly expect from the side. A perfect home record? Yes, it'd be fantastic but it's highly unlikely to happen. There will be at least one day when we'll play below par and the oppo will raise their game.

Exactly! I can't imagine we'll ever equal last season's home record let alone improve on it.

May as well say that what we need to do next season is win every game home and away, score at least 5 in every match and concede zero. That's what we've learned from last season. Oh, and no red or yellow cards. And Mario accidentally discovers the cure for cancer while messing about with a chemistry set in his garage.

when things don't go well don't start a 'it's a fuckin conspiracy' thread and blame everyone from the ref to the coach driver.

Against teams that park the bus, an option b is perhaps needed.

& also in the champions league, i think we need a deep lying playmaker in order to relieve the pressure on our cb's as i noticed that some teams like to press quite high.
