I think some City fans on here are underestimating Utd. They are 100% going to be pushing us for the title all the way and while I still think we will win it easier than last season, I can't see us being more than 5 points ahead of after 38 games.

With their experience of 'bouncing back', considering the amount of injuries they had last season and by the time the season starts they will have signed a few players; it's not crazy to see why people think United will be favourites.

The way i've heard some Blues saying how we're far superoir to them lot now is as if we won the league with five games to go last season, but we only just won it on goal difference in injury time, we very nearly didn't win it and hardly had any injuries all season.

Be realistic people!

well said I also think that the hardest thing for bobby this year is keeping all the players hunger as some may have lost something now we have actually won the league

i was watching ssn earlier and at the side of the screen they showd the opening fixtures for the prem games. the page turns every 20-30 seconds or so in alphabetical order. as it reached the scum fixtures it didn't turn after a bit, i thought here we go and sure enough it stayed glued to their page for 8 minutes, after that the newcastle page came on and sure enough after 25 seconds in turned to the next club.

coincdence or agenda?

dont make me fucking laugh.

has anyone noticed that the advert for the coming season that starts with agueroooooo has been cut short? the last segment leaves tyler saying " premier dreams come true in blue" they have cut the blue off.

Red Nose usually wins the title if he loses it, it will be a very tight race and you have to repect Manure because they have a really talented squad but I think we will just nick the title like we did last year.

Nited's form over the last 6 games was just better than relegation form. They choked when with all their experience and know how they were supposedly home and dry. Our form was CHAMP16N for the last 6 games.
They will push us again but hopefully our away form in the middle part of the season doesn't dip again. Hopefully teams will rest their better players against us when they have another important game coming up in the next few days so their best team is fresh. The lower placed teams have always done this against nited and just rolled over. The rags are now beatable at home and away and hopefully every team that plays them will make a real fist of it....Come on Everton on the Monday night football I hope they get off to a flier.

Have to agree with this, as hard as it was last year I fear this year will be harder.

On a plus note, Fletcher and Smalling are already injured before the season starts.
