People are quick to call 'johnny foreigner' for feathering their own nest bur this twat was the worst of the lot!!

City were deep in the shit, the chairmen didn't want him to co-manage the U21's but this 'loyal Englishman' did anyway. As it turns out it didn't benefit either party and how this cuddly-toy carrying 'manger' has got anywhere near the national set-up is beyond me

Will never forget that clip on tv when you could clearly hear Pearce shout "head it, head it" to Micah. It was cringeworthy!!!

we need to be cuter.

god only knows where we would be now if he was still in the job, his technical area would look like an advert for toys r us.

absolutely no eye for a player, the master of square pegs in round holes

trys to come across as man of the people, in truth a rude ignorant fraud, blagging a career out of a missed penalty and showing some passion.

He had to sell our best players, made us millions in the transfer market and kept the team in the premier league. Made some mistakes and the football wasn't pretty but I think people are a bit unrealistic on what we could expect from any manager working under those conditions.

And he bought Joe Hart.

was it not eric steele who told him he must buy hart

he also bought
dabo
samaras (for same price we could have got dean ashton who would have walked from norwich to play for us)
corradi
trabelsi
thatcher
beasley
Matt Mills
Dickov

Dickov?

Dickov was shit first time round, and second time round. Perhaps if we'd had a striker that scored more than 5 a season we wouldn't have fallen in to the 3rd division in the first place!

In previous seasons City managers who had to sell their best players were relegated

Pearce managed City in difficult circumstances, and had the bottle to play negative football to keep us up.

He sold swp, who else did he sell that could be considered as our best player?
