Edit: I have amended the name of the topic as some smart arses clearly missed the point.
I know they have always served wine at the stadium but now they are in very classy plastic wine glasses

Not sure if its been mentioned but did anyone see/get any wine from the bar in the stadium yesterday?

What the hell is that all about?

Proper prawn sandwich brigade plastic wine glasses.
A couple of lads infront of me wanted cider but they had ran out so went for Rose and got a decent ribbing

Footballs changed!! haha

I would hope with our new found wealth it would be a decent Châteauneuf-du-Pape or a Chablis?

None of that Stowells or Echo Falls piss

I think they've been selling wine for as long as we've been there. When I used to sit up in 307 there was an old fella who used to buy a mini bottle of red.

I moved from 307 to 105 is 2006. The old Jamaican bloke was buying it on the top tier bars before 2006.

This is a wine glass that you peel the lid of rather than the bottle they used to sell. Unless its just new to the bottom tier.

Just how fine wine should be consumed as most connoisseurs will confirm.
