I've always blamed this squarely at Pearce's door, but surely there was other people at the club involved in the decision. Heads should roll if they're still at the club!

Totally agree ............and foam hands and regimented organised Mexican waves. I've seen how it inspires other fans. The Reebok for instance, great atmosphere.
