Sorry - i got the impression that the OP was complaining about the firework going off, not that it was indiscrimanently thrown and could have caused injury.

if thats the case then fair enough its out of order. If its just about the bang and there was no danger then it might have been annoying if it annoyed the kids but it isnt a major issue surely.

it landed in between the empty seats..... what IF it fell 2/3 meters short to where it did then it would have landed at the exit to where everyone was trying to get to... you are obviously missing the point to what i was saying and you must think it is fine to throw a firework towards your fellow blues, if so then i apologise

the idea of saying the idiot let the club down is the same as those teachers saying to pupils before a school trip "be on your best behaviour because you are representing the club"

I'd say that's why you're getting teased to be honest mate.

You're right.

But "letting the club down"... You can't be serious.

That's like me being hit by a firework and claming Standard Fireworks are to blame and asking that they pay me compensation.

Idiots are idiots, but how are they "letting the club down"?

Seriously, but my views on Manchester City are not determined by some nob-head chucking fioreworks.

fine i give up and my opinion on something like this will not be typed onto here in future, the idea of saying the idiot let the club down is the same as those teachers saying to pupils before a school trip "be on your best behaviour because you are representing the club"

obviously i am just going ott because someone only threw a firework towards his own fans so what it the problem, but if that was to hit your child in the face would you have the same attitude towards a fellow blue "only throwing a firework, its no biggie"

You're missing a huge difference here.

A teacher has a responsibility for their pupil's behaviour... Manchester City do not have a responsibility for dickheads chucking fireworks... at the Hawthorns.

The police should have arrested him. End of. It's nowt to do with "letting the club down".

I see nob-heads in pubs before the match acting like cocks... are they letting the club down? No. They're letting themselves down.

I sympathise with your position, but how are City responsible for it?
