Clichy is superb, blocked most if not all crosses from the right.

As for the rags TICK TOCK. Hoping that whenever we do overtake the scum on all fronts we have a big countdown clock like the 44 years thing done at the stadium but this time counting down from 100. (Probably not alive to see it mind)

What if we went through a slump like Liverpool. Would you give up on the side completely?

Interesting question.

As a non-manc, and a fan of slightly less than 10 years, I can't swear that my allegiance would survive a long period in the doldrums. A type of 'imprinting' does occur though, which makes it difficult to switch teams. Some years back, I tried to interest myself in Barca, as a kind of second team. It didn't work.

Oh my god just seen this!! Surely gotta be a wind up

Anyone got a link to the video, it's not showing were I live. Which is odd as they have 90 million fans over here. Honestly.

Not the video - but this thread makes for funny reading for CITY fans:

This: 'We just aren't the type of club to splash out on expensive signings left right and centre. We never have been. '

"When you look back on last season, it tells you the story of Manchester United," he said. "There is no club in the world who can create the drama that we created last year."

Fucking hell, this is a sales pitch?

They created the drama by losing when they had an 8 point lead.

They created the drama by losing at Wigan.

They created the drama by leading 4-2 at home to Everton with 10 minutes to go and not going on to win.

They created the drama by surrendering at the Etihad.

What the pisscan calls 'creating the drama' is what everyone else calls 'fucking it up'.

Any young men out there making their way as a salesman, this is not how you go about it. My word.
