So how have they got him for that much? If that was city or Chelsea they'd be quoting 25m minimum

It is thought the initial fee for Kagawa is around £12m, rising to £17m depending on success and appearances.
So, that will be £12m they'll be paying then - well, we can hope :-)
Its all lies.....Nited have not bought Kawaga he has just graduated through their much heralded academy. He's the latest in a long line of nited players to come through the youth system. Other's, to name a few, coming off the endless production line (in no particular order) include Milne, Poborsky, Forlan, Robson, Bruce, Ince, Pallister, Cantona, Cole, Sheringham, Solskar, Owen, Schmeical, Irwin, Hill, Evra, Berbatov, Rooney, Nani, Carrick, Vidic, Veron, Anderson, Ferdinand, Kleberson, Mclair, Djemba Djemba etc etc.
Nited have denied ever spending any money on buying players and have confirmed that they have never had to buy any of their titles.
Nited however hope Kawaga sells a few shirts in the far east to keep their debt, which grows by the day, under control
