Apparently it was missed by the tele cameras. Thats whats said on some of the forums talking about it at the time anyway.

It was shown on Skinner and Baddiel's show the night it happened, so it was definitely caught on camera. Saw it myself.

He puked before his penalty against England in 2004. The cameras DID catch it.
