Gary Neville would like to thank Phil Jones for his water carrying abilities, he never let the country and probably contributed more to the cause than Ashley Young.

really don't know how young played as much as he did. did he ever get subbed off?

shouldn't have taken milner off every time, he could have moved into the middle later on, which would mean parker's substitution could have been for a forward.

and young spent extra time defending, so why wasn't milner on as he is better at doing that?

Milner isnt good enough mate, his crosses were poor and the couple of good crosses he did do were miskicks.
Milner looks fooked after the warm up,imo he needs to work on his ability to pass a ball and keep it.Which to be fair he wasnt on his own..

Funny thing is baines would of done a better job in the formation that hodgson played than the hunchback wanker young...

They are probably saying the same about Milner. Milner was terrible, him and Parker look clueless of what to do once they get the ball which usually results in them just giving it to the opposition.

I've listened to a lot of the stuff being talked about England in this tournament, and do you know what it reminds me of? Scotland - when they used to qualify! Oh, great commitment, great heart, great fans, but ultimately shite. That's where England are under Hodgson - fucking shite.

I don't think any attacking English player had a good tournament. All that says to me is that the manager didn't do his job. He still thinks like he did at West Brom - and that's not good enough for England.

Mr Awesome, Parker completed 254 passes in the tournament of which 2 went to the opposition, and these two were passing to the opposition when they put the ball out for an Engeeeeerland injury, please get your prejudices right;)

Heskey's 2010 world cup performances were more impressive.
