Terry has been cleared by the law of the land. What "evidence" do the FArce have against him that Camelgob Jnr's legal team did not use?

The FA is not required to have anything like the evidence a criminal conviction requires. Do you think Balotelli could have been done for assault or ABH for the Scott Parker incident in a court of law? No chance. He was off balance, he was facing the wrong way and he was pushed in the back. Any criminal court would have to say there's reasonable doubt about Balotelli's recklessness or intent. The FA, I would say, doesn't even go by balance of probabilities. It always seems to back their refs whether they were right or wrong because of their stance on not re-refereeing games. That's not a legal principle, that's a policy. An FA hearing is not in any way comparable to a court of law full stop, much less a criminal court which have the highest burden of proof.

I hope Terry fights it tooth and nail and beats it.

Whilst I agree he's a vile tosser it's a left wing wankfest that's brought this to a head.

Terry will get a ban of 8 or 9 games and he fucking well deserves to.

As it's the foul and abusive language that sits at the centre of this charge rather than the allegation of racism, surely Ferdinand should be charged as well. Along with every single other footballer who has sworn at an opponent. The matter was dealt with by the courts and should have been left at that in my opinion.

The FA have opened a huge can of worms with this charge and made a rod for their own back. Regardless of anyone's opinion of Terry as a man (and there is little doubt that he's an abhorrent scumbag), there really was no need to drag all this up again.

I don't see how they can avoid this. If the charge doesn't mention racism, the same court testimony that implicates Terry of just 'abuse language' also clearly equally implicates Ferdinand.

Cultural Marxism has taken over the police force, the CPS, the courts, EVERYTHING. It's everywhere.

There is a line between racial equality and minority appeasement.
I am afraid this case has now crossed into the latter territory

Good post, regarding the Balotelli incident, does anyone remember a "stamp" by parker at euro 2012 against Italy, it was similar to Balotelli's except there was no body pushing him in the back, I bring it up as I can't recall anything said about it and I have just done a quick google search but can't find anything. Obviously there was some agenda behind Balotelli's incident, Redknapp's deflection from his team, Balotelli's reputation, personal hatred from vile people such as Jamie Redknapp and so the FArce just went with the perceived public opinion.

Obviously the FA don't have proper rules of evidence etc, but I find it just plain wrong that they could interfere in a matter already dealt with by the state, when FIFA suspends membership to any state that interferes in football matters;Surely the former type of interference is a more serious matter.

Good point, you don't get equality by that, treat everybody the same regardless of race, treat racism conducted by non-white or minorities against white or majorities the same as racism conducted by somebody from a majority against a minority, and also give punishment to malicious and false accusations of racial abuse. Racism should be treated seriously, therefore anybody that makes up lies about being the victim of racial abuse should also have serious punishment.

Ferdinand's national origins are English! How can John Terry racially abuse another Englishman, English are not a race

Is it really that difficult not to mention a players colour whilst on a football pitch these days?
