bought some great players for us though

tevez
kompany
zaba
barry
de jong
lescott

Let's be honest. Tevez was a board signing.

Kompany was a brilliant signing, but he was wasting him in midfield and was close to forcing him out.

Zabaleta is a good signing for the money.

Barry a good signing for the money.

Lescott was a poor signing for the money as was De Jong. Both good players though.

A purveyor of excuses and platitudes. The most boring guy in football?

What an absolute useless gobshite Mark Hughes is, he is clueless tactically and I still don't know why he is so popular within football. He got the sympathy vote when we sacked him but I bet that doesn't happen when he ruins QPR. I think I read that he has brought in 24 players at QPR including 4 goalkeepers. I heard somewhere that Zamora is on 80 grand a week and the likes of SWP and Johnson won't be far behind and the likes of Cesar and Granero will be on more so if they go down they they are screwed.

I completely disagree. Hughes is a better Manager than Robson and Bruce. By some way too.
