Come to Old Trafford for a viewing of available Season Ticket seats!

We recently invited some locally based supporters to come to Old Trafford to view our available Season Ticket seats. Those that came to see us found this service extremely helpful as our staff were able to point out the specific seats in various areas which are available to buy and supporters also took advantage of being able to check the view of the pitch from these seats.

Although sales are up on last year, we do have a limited number of Season Tickets available for this season. We understand from feedback that some supporters are reluctant to commit to a Season Ticket in an unfamiliar area without the assurance of having experienced the view of the pitch first hand.

We are holding another seat viewing event from 2pm on Sunday 2 September and we’d be delighted if you could attend. To register your interest in this viewing you just need to call 0161 868 8000 before Thu 30 Aug – please note places will be reserved on a first come, first served basis.

After the viewing you will be able to watch our away fixture vs. Southampton (kick-off 4pm) live on TV screens here at Old Trafford over a couple of drinks and some snacks with our compliments.

We look forward to seeing you on Sunday 2nd.

Regards

I'll start the guessing at 58,074.

I did this for my first season ticket at City after the end of the Kippax.

Can't really knock this to be fair, it's a nice touch.

There's a waiting list though of 5 years so how can there be some available?

I'm confused. :-/

you'd think with 67000000000000000 billion fans they could fill the place.

Can i ask if it was similar and you did indeed get invited by city for free drinks and food? or did you on going to the t/o have the choice to walk around the kippax unaccompanied and choose your seat?
The reason i ask is there is a distinct diference. I do agree it is very good marketing by the rags, but wanted to establish if city back in the day were giving freebies to encourage fans to buy s/t.
My own experience back then was that i was given a list of available seats by t/o and they then gave me opportunity to go in ground and look around to choose seat. The scottish embassodor / security guard at the maine stand told me on walking past him to 'behave and dont go on the fu*king pitch!!'
