I'm a bit reluctant to say that they killed her because I remember a few years ago a female solicitor being found guilty of murdering her 2 sons who died of cot death. It must have been terrible for her to lose her sons, be accused of killing them and suffer attacks in jail off other inmates. After the truth came out that she wasn't to blame, she was released from prison and died shortly after by simply giving up on life.
If it turns out that the McCanns are wholly or partly responsible for Maddies disappearance/death, my faith in humanity will drop to an all time low.

The Sally Clark case was a completely different scenario. At her trial one so-called "expert" twisted statistics which had no validity to "prove" that the likelihood of both boys dying from natural causes was so low as to be virtually impossible. However the real figure was much, much lower. The pathologist who did the autopsy seemingly deliberately witheld the results of tests that would have proved beyond doubt that one of the boys died from natural causes. In that case the mother told the truth and the establishment lied.

There are a million things that dont add up about it, the main one being if you returned to your flat and realised one of your children had been taken would you leave the other children alone again in the apartment and run off to alert others? The only reason you would do this is if you knew there was no immediate threat to them.

I believe Madeleine died because of their neglect, they left her in that apartment came back and realised she'd fallen or something and that with them being doctors it would destroy their careers and lives, so they tried to cover it up in the heat of the moment.

Ok I have to work this carefully in case I get banned for repeating information but for those who are unable to view the documentary or the reports here are a few key questions from both. THIS IS NOT MY OPINION BUT WHAT THE POLICE HAVE RELEASED SO MODS NO WARNINGS FOR REPEATING IT PLEASE!.

1. There were no visible signs of a break in the only finger prints found by the window where the parents claimed the person must have carried Maddy out of were the mothers.

2. Witness statements all conflicted infact none of what the couples said matched.

3. The lies so many times the couple have been caught lying first saying they waited 30 seconds to alert anyone then that changing to 40 minutes. Saying they had taken the long route to the apartment to check on the children then saying they had left the side door open and take the short route. Saying they had gone and checked each child carefully then changing that to they just peeked in through the door and saw shapes in the room so were satisfied that the children were safe. They took it turns the different couples.

4. "The man in the room", contrary to what many believe it was not the night before that the family said they suspected someone was watching the apartment. In interviews the family stated that the last time Mr McCann had checked on the children he had felt there was someone in the room. He said that he was certain he was not alone and that someone may have been hiding behind the door. Yet still he goes on to say he did not turn the light on in the room but peeped in and saw the shapes in the bed and returned to his friends? Now is this not odd?

5. Now the whole abduction case is based on the testimony of one of the friends Jane Tanner who claims to have seen a man carrying a child walking rapidly down the road. Now she first gave a very vague description of this man as she claimed it was dark and she could not see clearly. This changed completely when she saw a witness who was being questioned and she was certain it was him. When the witness was released she then with the help of police drew a picture of an entirely different man. She claims to have walked past Mr McCann and a friend that night yet both claimed they did not see her. The angles she claimed she saw the man from and for her to have walked past the two men were both impossible. As it was dark and the area not well lit the most likely scenario would be for Mr McCann to see her as she walked past but he not able to see anyone carrying anything. She claimed that when she saw this man, she walked past Gerry McCann and a friend, Jez Wilkins. But neither of them could remember seeing her.

6. The timeline on the sticker book. This was taken by the police from the family who had ripped Maddys sticker book and together with friends had written down a time line. Is this the first thing you do before you alert the police group together and rip your "missing" childs sticker book and write on the cover? Time line is unchanged and below.

7. Miss Tanner "swears by everything sacred" that it was Mr Robert Murat who she saw walking with the baby. After the investigation he is released as his where abouts are confirmed and he is cleared. He releases a statement "Basically, I'm just an ordinary, straightforward guy who's the victim of the biggest f***-up on this planet - if you'll excuse the language."

8. The other witnesses an Irish man who had come forward stated he had seen a man who looked like Mr McCann carrying a baby close to his chest and walking rapidly towards the beach. He had called again when he saw the family exit the plan on the return to England stating that he was certain the father was the man he saw as he was carrying his other child in the same manner as he exited the plane.

9. Kates father confirms to police that he had seen her sedate the children before using drugs so that they sleep at night and the parents can go out.

10. The police dogs the DNA and the scent of blood and death. Dogs used to solve over 200 cases including some high profile ones smelt the scent of death in the living room in a closet in the parents bedroom and in a car they had had rented almost a month later. Traces of blood which were confirmed as Maddys were also found. Also a witness said that every time he passed the parents rental car day or night it had the boot open. He gave a statement to police. Who leaves a car with the boot open outside for day? The car was rental hutch back.

11. The lack of searching, while the family travel round the world raising millions talking to Oprah meeting the Pope the question some are asking is when are they actually looking for their missing child?

There are other questions but I will stop here for now.

Some of this stuff you mention, Didactic, must have been discredited or disproved. If half of that was true they'd have been charged.
