Any round of this.
The horrible outcome doesn't change the fact that Benn v McClellan was the best fight ever.

Hard to call 'the best' but this is one of my favourites

Always said Hearns (Hitman era not the Motown Cobra phase) was a decent chin away from being up there in the top five ever.

Hearns versus Hagler
Benn v McLellan
And take your pick of the brutal rounds Ward and Gatti served up in their 3 contests.
Boxings in the doldrums nowadays.

He's probably my favourite fighter ever, won world titles from welterweight to light heavy in an era with loads of great fighters.
Hearns and Duran may not have been able to beat hagler or Leonard (though hearns was robbed in the 1st Leonard fight imo)but their achievements and longevity makes me hold them in higher regard.

For sheer comedy value, this'll take some beating.

You mean the second fight mate ? (the draw) the first was a 14th round stoppage (although Hearns was well ahead).
Either way I guess that's the chance you take fighting 'a national treasure' lol.
