1. I can't login!

The Bluemoon server has changed physical locations, and your computer needs to be updated.

Firstly, clear your cookies. N.B. when deleting cookies in IE make sure you deselect "Preserve Favorites website data"

If this doesn't work, flush your DNS.

If you have performed both of these, please email Ric and we'll investigate further.

2. Where's that mouse over thing on topics gone?

That particular feature put a very heavy load on the database, thus was dropped while we stabilise the server. It will come back in the future, once we're happy that everything is sorted.

3. I can't search!

We are implementing a new search feature and it takes time to load itself up. Currently, this seems to be broken, and we are working hard to fix it. We'l update when we have more details.

4. I'm not receiving board emails!

This is a known issue with the server move, and we are talking to our new hosts on how we can rectify this. Currently, user registrations are confirmed by the admins, we will switch back to the other system as soon as possible.
