unfortunately i think this shows he has to go at the end of the season. as much as i love him we have played so much better without him in the team. we've looked sharper and more together. we need everyone 100% focussed on the task in hand and when mario plays we don't have that.

Shame that the manager didn't know enough to make that decision otherwise the league would be over now. Thank fuck for Agent Bernstein.

Mario not playing and Carlos returning have been equally impacting factors on our resurgence IMO.

TH made a thread a while back suggesting it would be best for both parties if Mario moved on,i would miss his 'personality' but firmly believe that it would be wise.

I said at the time it would be a blessing in disguise and lucky enough for us it has been.

It was the same last year, Mario getting sent off against Dynamo Kiev meant we then werent playing a game every 3 days.........with hindsight helped us win the FA Cup

I heard rumours about Mario and escorts???? And not the Ford kind........

I think its best that we give him more time - agreed that this season he needed to be dropped but you do all seem to be conveniently forgetting earlier games where his introduction has been pivotal in gaining the three points (Everton at hone sticks out). Sick swan would have never happened also. The kid lost form and with that lost hope and lost discipline, he has lots of 'issues' to sort out - sides of his game that need to be improved upon but we should try and help him rather then look for a quick fix - money solves all solution. Seems in the old days before the money more people would have supported this solution and have hope that he can come good. Now we seem to want instant success or your out? If this is what we are going to become then we are heading towards what we've always hated.....yes just like the red side. Keep it real blues - Mario needs help not a backhanded slap and goodbye!

He has has long enough only to regress and get even worse regarding his distracting the club and causing hassle we don't need.
Would you like me to post his disciplinary record ?

Fuck him off, he has had upteen chances, just get rid of the pillock. If not how about whilst we give him "more time" you pay his wages eh ?

Your talking crap mate about becoming like them. You over simplify and also miss the point entirely (well done no easy feet).
MOST city fans want to see players give 100% that's all, what your on about i have no idea at all beyond picking the odd rogue posters comments to suit your arguement.
Balo does not give anything near 100%. He causes a hell of a lot more bad than he does good.

He didn't lose hope and form he got himself banned for the second time this year thats why.
When your more interested in crashing press meetings you have no business being at whilst playing poor its time to fuck off.
You say he played bad, ok why not train more then ? why fuck of to Italy and pull more stunts ?
He is interested in himself only and someone we do not need at the club.

Your arguement of "aww he is young give him more time" mentality is tiresome, we do not pay him 150k a week for 10mins effort on the pitch and a massive headache for our pr department.
He has annoyed playing staff which ofc messes with squad harmony.
He spends half the year suspended due to his own actions.

I can't wait to see the back of the man.

The formula is quite simple: City-Balotelli= team harmony=success.
I really wish Balotelli could have been part of this but he is too much of a loose cannon .

Like the poster above, balotelli's just a loose canon and can't be trusted, we all know how much bobby believes in the kid, but after Arsenal I think it really dawned on him what a liability the kid is! And in hindsight Tevez coming in instead has worked a treat!

One more win to go blues!
