Im not sure if already posted and I'm certainly not tempting fate.
but have been informed if we win the league our parade will be Monday 14th and if the rags win it theirs will be wednesday16th.
I work within transport and have had to put diversions in place for both days.
Here's hoping I'm in town Monday night.!!!!

sounds about right, wednesday is half day in manchester and there will be no fucker about.

I have no inside info and not sayin the OP is wrong but i would expect them on the same night. The council/police/stewards know there is a parade its just a case of whose so surely they will have everyone inc st johns ambulance etc all lined up for a specific night it's just a case of which route it takes

Both parades are heading in different directions and the rags is run by Trafford council ours by Manchester council hence them being on separate days.!!!

Yep but still gonna be the same police force, stewards, ambulance crews, etc just reckon it would be a logistical nightmare tryin to plan for hundreds of police, stewards etc to be available for a plan a or plan b why not just have one plan so the police , stewards etc know they are needed on a particular night and can therefore plan for it
