I have accepted a business and administration apprenticeship in Denton, I will learn whilst on the job as well as being taken on in a full time role (should I impress) after the 12 months.

I got this job through bluemoondan who I am really grateful to.

I would also just like to say thanks to everyone that has posted their advice/help on this thread over the past few months, i really appreciate it.

Kenney

Congratulations.

Well pleased for you.:)

Well done Kenney, am made up for you pal. The irony that you were probably the last person I helped into a job before I was made redundant myself is not lost on me! (I managed to get something else internally with the same company before anyone worries about this thread carrying on for another 3months and 14 pages).

My only concern is on the pm you sent me you said you were starting at 8 o clock on Monday morning? Early night for you on Sunday then????

Textile company in Salford near to Strangeways require the following staff:

Production machinists

Fabric cutter

Sample machinist

Sample cutter

Anybody interested then PM me for the contact and contact tel no.

There will also be opportunities in the not too distant future for apprenticeships in the textile industry so i'll keep you posted with what's on offer.

Funny as it may seem, the textile industry in the North West is having a new lease of life.
