It's the planet Venus but maybe if your looking to the left hand bottom corner ( south/west) it's Vega but I don't think that rises this early. Which direction are you looking?

north west i think just looked very eerie up there on its own with no other stars .

It's Venus. It's always in the direction of the setting/rising Sun...

Looks fantastic tonight. The sky is an amazing colour.
