Phone queue of over 2 and a half hours so automatic cut off since before 11.

Doesn't look like they have updated the website to include the gold option yet.

I am the same, just saying renew my blue but nothing about gold. Can't even check on the phone if I can upgrade!

Website seems to be working now but only availability is in the corners of the 3rd tier.

Disappointed as mcfc.co.uk said good availability in Family Stand L1, which is where I was hoping to go.

logout and start again if locked up mate, just worked for me 5 mins ago when same thing happened, another 308'r :)

Renew your Blue membership and I am pretty sure that you get the option to upgrade on the next screen.

Kept locking on seat selection for me also but eventually went through - 308 next year row F which should be a pretty decent view.
