Gibbs - No red card?

I have never heard a Ref justify a decision. Highly unusual.
Nigh on unheard of. I thought the PGMOL policy was not to comment? Twattenberg clearly needed to comment to try and deflect his clearly dodgy reason for not giving a foul and sending off. That was more obvious than the Side Show Bob foul against Aguero.

As bad/bent as the refs are the biggest travesty imo is that no one in the media calls them out in any meaningful way.

This is meant to be the age of big data so it should be quite easy to research all the data over a season and present it to the public to either show something very worrying or reassuring.

And this meant to be the time that all the honest to goodness media are standing up to the great evils of false news. You hear it everywhere these days but it's just lazy bullshit because they don't seem to have any interest in the most obvious fact-changing in the British culture.

Journalists in the main are complete shits, just like the majority of modern professional football referees.

I think the word "fact" doesn't seem to hold the same weight these says. Journalists are supposed to report the truth, instead they manufacture the truth.

video technology is a must, too many wrong decisions are being made by inept officials

the game had stopped for the foul, all he had to do is 30 seconds with the fourth official just like the viewing public did on sky knew that was a straight red

Who's going to be the video ref though, a former referee? NBC had Dermot Gallagher in the studio and he shamelessly backed the fucker to the hilt over the yellow card. It's accountability and transparency we need as well as technology.
