The Stoke game wasn't awful, but it was disappointing. I think we'll go full-strength here to book a trip to Wembley and get ourselves back on track ASAP.

Bravo
Zabaleta
Stones
Kolarov
Fernandinho
Touré
Silva
De Bruyne
Sterling
Sané
Aguero

Caballero
Sagna
Otamendi
Delph
García
Nolito
Iheanacho

Our away form this season is good, and I expect that to continue. 1-3 win, Sané, Aguero and Kelechi to score.

May as well go balls out for this now, we've blown any chance we had of winning the league and we should be OK for top 4.

Boro have got much bigger fish to fry now so can't see this being a problem at all as long as we play a strong team, which we better had after last nights "resting" of players.

Bravo
Zaba Kompany Stones Kolarov

Sterling DeBruyne Silva Sane
Aguero
Subs: Willy, Sagna, Otamendi, Toure, Delph, Nolito, Kelechi

Come on lets get to Wembley, its been a while!!

Nahh there manager is a big headed nobb and wants to prove how good he is! Like stoke last night will set his side up accordingly.

Qualifying for the Champions League is more important than winning the FA Cup.

Therefore lets rest our best 11.

Even though survival is obviously their priority, I think Boro will go full strength though as they had no midweek game, and don't play again until the following weekend. Their fans will be up for it too as it represents a rare chance to go to Wembley.

Think we'll see a fair bit of rotation again with one eye on Wednesday:

There is absolutely nothing to indicate that Kompany is fit to play. He pops up on threads like these all the time and I cant see why

Why not.
We did learn last night the 1st team is tired, Pep said it pre match and we could see it as well. (Well, most of us could....)
Stoke was just lucky not to lose as we got close enough. It just didn't happen.

But I don't want to see the same frustrating movie twice.
Boro have fresh legs, they know we don't want 120min and they will try to frustrate us like Stoke did.

That's why I would like to play the squad players. Then we would give away possession and do a Stoke ourselves. Just destroy the game.
Play a 4-5-1. The squad players would have to work extremely hard and let Boro try to create something.

Late in the game Sterling on for Navas and Silva on for Delph. Be patient and wait for the counter, 120min if needed.

Willy from the start against physical teams and penalties possible.
If Komps isn't fit, Otamendi surely will be.

If we play full strength and then a tired 1st team go to Monaco, we will have a sad Wednesday night again.
Btw the same problem is waiting for us Sunday after Monaco. Klopp's energetic team come to run us down.
It will be much easier having positive results in the bag.

Bit sick of seeing Kun get so isolated, so wouldn't mind seeing both Kun and Ian getting the nod on Saturday. Also think Kev needs a bit of bench time, so will go for the below 4231:

-----------Bravo----------
Zaba---Ota---Kola----Clichy
---------Delph-Silva-------
Raz---------Kun--------Sane
-----------Ian-------------

Kun likes to come deep so lets see how he plays off a centre forward.
