They look badly organised at the back.Only started playing now they are 3 - 1 down...penalty miss too.

Definitely. I think they overestimated the ability of the current coaching team. Also the effect on the playing group knowing that next season a new appointment would be made.The manager situation has had a devastating effect, the team is rudderless.

None. But that's pretty much the course with CFG.
So far they are always improving on their recruiting although not all have been successes and the flops are fewer than in the first 2 off seasons since takeover . The managerial appointments are in my opinion less successful. We have gone through many assistants and the continuation of JVS and then the appointment of Valkanis has been proven to not have improved things.
So in context of our league and how our squad is situated the next manager will determine the fate of the club for the 5 years. It's a massive appointment and getting the right bloke is crucial.
